Choose the same size sock as your shoe size. If you are on the borderline or between sizes then go down a size if you have a narrow foot (B or less for ladies) and up a size if you have a wide foot (D or E). The sock should be a snug fit with no wrinkles.
Ladies shoe size:
- Small – 3-5.5UK (EUR 37-39)
- Medium – 6-8.5 UK (EUR 40-42.5)

Top ventilation panels allow the foot to breathe and maintain an even temperature.
