What is the best walking sock for me?

With such a large range of mens walking socks it can be a little confusing.

However, you only need to decide on length, single or double layer and whether you want a padded sock.

Womens walking sock lengths

Choose between Crew length or Calf length. If you are walking in boots then we recommend Calf length. If you are walking in shoes then Crew length is fine.

Single or double layer walking socks for men

The 1000mile double layer sock is designed to help prevent blisters. The two sock layers rub against each other instead of the skin. However, two layers retain more heat than one so some walkers prefer a single layer sock.

Padding

Padding in womens walking socks adds extra protection for your foot. The Fusion, Trek and Repreve Walk range of socks have extra padding in the toes, heel and ball of the foot.
