Ultimate Performance Gel Heel Pad cushions and protects your heel. Therefore, ideal for relieving heel pain from bruised heel and plantar fasciitis. It also cradles the heel for added stability and raises it, relieving pressure on the calf muscles and Achilles tendon.

The thin edge allows the gel heel pad to fit inside the shoe. The slip resistant design helps to keep the heel  pad in place. As a result it is more effective and comfortable during wear.

Which footwear is the Gel Heel Pad suitable for?

Wear with all types of footwear. Make sure your wear in both shoes otherwise it is likely to cause a difference in leg length. Unless however, you have a leg length difference and your physio has suggested balancing this by wearing in one shoe only.

Which injuries is it recommended for?

Recommended for any injury where you need to relieve pain and protect the heel from repetitive shock and impact including plantar fasciitis, heel spurs and bruised heels.

Also great for Achilles tendonitis and calf strain, where raising the heel temporarily shortens the calf muscle. As a result, reducing strain on the muscle and Achilles tendon.

Support level

We separate our medical range of into 4 levels depending on the level of support you can expect. The Gel heel pad is support level 1, providing basic heel protection and support.
