So that we can comply with social distancing rules and keep our staff safe we are running a much smaller team in the office and warehouse until further notice. Whilst we are still trading through our website the service may be delayed slightly. All parcels will be sent with Royal Mail as much as possible. Royal Mail will not be asking for a signature upon delivery – they will be leaving the parcel at the doorstep and stepping back so that you can collect it from there.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all UK orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday exc. Bank Holidays) which should arrive between 3-5 days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. These times do not allow for statutory bank holidays. 1000 Mile Sportswear Limited is not responsible for any delays caused by the postal delays or force majeure.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. Please confirm that you entered your correct and full address when placing your order by checking the details on any acknowledgement or acceptance we provide. If you have entered incorrect information please notify us immediately. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched and we reserve the right to charge you for any extra costs arising from changes you make to the delivery address after the order has been accepted.

Payment can be made by credit and debit cards through our secure payment facility SAGEPAY. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch to the delivery address. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to 1000 Mile Sportswear Limited, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We take all reasonable care to make our site secure and all credit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. All we ask is that you return the goods in their original condition with all original packaging and labels intact and we will issue you with a refund of the amount (excluding return shipping costs) upon receipt of the goods to us. Refunds will be credited to your original method payment. Please note that all returned goods are sent at your cost and risk. . No liability can be accepted for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which will allow you to insure the goods as well as obtain a signature upon delivery. For us here at 1000 Mile we believe that quality is paramount. All the products we sell have been thoroughly tested in real-life conditions to ensure that they are fully capable of standing up to the uses of which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be defective or damaged. Returned products will be inspected by our Returns Department and replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product is returned to you.
Products which carry a unique guarantee, such as 1000 Mile double layer socks, will be subject to the conditions appertaining thereto.
We do not replace or refund products:
- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, failure to observe care instructions, etc.)
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
Please note the life expectancy of any 1000 Mile products depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Products purchased on www.1000mile.co.uk that are damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life expectancy of the product are not replaced.
Returning an item within 14 days of receipt
If you wish to return an item please CONTACT US providing your Name, Address, Order Number and the item details you want to return.

Please include inside the packet your Name, Address, Order Number and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Please return any unwanted item, unless faulty, in its original condition. We’d expect this to mean that:
- you’ve kept all original packaging and labels
- it’s undamaged and unused (excludes normal examination of the product as you might do in store)
- you haven’t entered any personal data on to the product
For online or telephone purchases we’ll refund the standard delivery charge. (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
Returning an item outside of the 14 day policy
